Junichi Hashimoto ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the smartphone application "PackWeigh" (the "App").
The App does not collect or store users' personal information (such as name, address, phone number, email address, or credit card information).
Gear, packing list, weight, and other data entered in the App are stored only on the user's own device (or within the user's own iCloud account). We do not access such data, nor is it transmitted to our servers.
Local storage All data entered in the App is stored in the storage of the device on which the App is used.
iCloud sync (CloudKit) If the user enables iCloud sync, data is synced across the user's devices via Apple's iCloud (CloudKit), tied to the user's own iCloud account. Synced data is stored only within the user's own iCloud account, and we do not access it. iCloud sync can be disabled by the user at any time.
The App does not request device permissions such as camera, photo library, location, contacts, microphone, or notifications.
The features used by the App are as follows.
To provide the App and to process in-app purchases, we use the following third-party services. These services handle information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
We make no warranties that the App will meet users' specific purposes, have expected functions, merchantability, accuracy, or usefulness, or that it will be free from defects. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we assume no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the App.
We may change this Policy at any time without prior notice to users when we deem it necessary. The revised Policy will take effect when it is posted within the App or on the distribution site.
